Check-in time: 3:00 – 9:00 pm | Check out time: 11:00 am

If you are arriving later, please call for late check-in instructions.

Deposits & Cancellations for Guest Rooms

Deposit and Cancellation Policies: 

  • Cancel Policy In Season (Memorial Day to Columbus Day) If cancelled within 14 days of arrival, the deposit will be collected as the cancellation fee.

  • Off-Season (Tuesday after Columbus Day Weekend - Thursday before Memorial Day) If cancelled within 7 days of arrival, the deposit will be collected as the cancellation fee.

  • Deposit Policy Year Round All reservations will have a deposit of one night’s room and tax charged at time of booking.

  • No Show Policy Year Round In the event of a “no show” the entire amount of your reservation will be charged to the credit card on file. Special promotions and offers may have different cancellation policies.

 

Smoking Policy

We are a non-smoking facility.

Dog Policy

​

We are dog friendly in all rooms.  Additional fees apply. Please call to inquire about a dog friendly room. First dog $50, 2nd dog $10.

 

Accessibility

​

We are a historic property and do not have an elevator. Should you need a room on a lower floor, please call the hotel directly.

Rates & Fees

Room Rates vary depending upon type and date of stay.

Taxes added:

  • 8% New York Sales Tax

  • 5% Local Lodging Tax

Settlers Cares Donation

​

A $1 charitable donation is added to each guest reservation to support our non-profit, Settlers Cares. The Settlers Cares Foundation was created to help employees or affiliates who are facing financial hardship due to unexpected life events. The goal is to provide short-term, emergency support to employees or eligible dependents.

 

Delaware Highlands Donation

A $2.00 donation automatically added to each reservation is contributed directly to the Delaware Highlands Conservancy to support its conservation mission and assure that all the special places, scenic beauty, and outdoor recreational opportunities that bring tourists to the Upper Delaware River region are protected now and every time they visit in the future.
